A respected and values-driven organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while supporting a diverse and dedicated workforce. The role is to commence ASAP.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality HR support across all areas of the organisation.
* Take ownership of key HR functions, including employee relations, wellbeing, performance management, and policy development.
* Support line managers by advising on best practices and helping to shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with generalist HR experience.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience in employee relations, wellbeing, and recruitment.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel if required.
