Salary: £32,000 - 56,000 per year Requirements: Experience administering housing, income, or financial systems Understanding of Direct Debit and BACS processing Experience with financial reconciliations Strong analytical skills, comfortable investigating discrepancies Ability to manage competing deadlines and cyclical workloads Clear communication with technical and operational colleagues Strong Excel and reporting skills Experience within local government or social housing is highly desirable Responsibilities: Day-to-day administration of the housing system (Cx), including user accounts and permissions Managing daily Direct Debit, BACS (ARUDD, ADDACS, AUDDIS), and cash payment files Uploading daily and monthly Universal Credit files Maintaining reconciliation spreadsheets and resolving discrepancies Monitoring and investigating suspense accounts Liaising with Income, Benefits, and Finance teams to resolve payment issues Supporting system upgrades and configuration updates Monitoring scheduled processes and resolving failures Working with IT and third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues Supporting system interfaces between housing and corporate systems Producing statutory and operational reports (e.g. CORE, LAHS, LADR, NFI) Supporting KPI reporting requirements Maintaining and improving report accuracy and data quality Assisting with regulatory and audit requirements Supporting the annual rent review system process Managing Direct Debit recalculations Supporting National Fraud Initiative returns Representing the service at supplier user groups where required Technologies: Excel Support More: We are an organization seeking an experienced Systems Officer to join our team on a full-time basis in Rugby.
