Job Vacancy: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: NN4
Contract: Full-time, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Start Date: 2nd September
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide targeted support to pupils with special educational needs within the classroom and in small groups
* Assist with the delivery of curriculum activities, adapting resources to meet individual needs
* Work closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to implement tailored learning plans
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and educational development
Requirements:
* Some knowledge of the school curriculum and SEN strategies
* Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work full-time from 8:30am to 3:30pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
