Our client based in the North West is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join their growing team.
Job Description:
The role involves creating opportunities within the existing customer base and developing relationships with new prospects. You will manage opportunities from qualification to proposal and close, using phone calls, virtual meetings, and site visits where appropriate.
The primary goal is to understand each client's business in a consultative manner, recommend suitable solutions, and manage contractual renewal information for prospective services.
Main Duties:
1. Build a sales pipeline aligned with KPI goals by generating opportunities and recording relevant information, including product/services and renewal dates.
2. Generate and organize qualified appointments for consultations and sales of portfolio products.
3. Achieve all KPI targets monthly.
4. Manage and update the CRM system, including sales pipeline data and client communications.
5. Report on engagement successes and results via CRM.
6. Stay informed about product offerings, supplier terms, SLAs, and use this knowledge in prospecting.
7. Collaborate with referral networking groups and become a key contact for opportunities from these groups.
8. Source, consult, propose, and close business, focusing on lead generation and revenue growth.
