Your main responsibility will be to lead your retail team and oversee the day-to-day operations of your retail area. You will work towards targets to ensure a profitable operation within your resort.
Key roles and responsibilities
* Provide exceptional guest service through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Keep the spa in line with current trends and seasons.
* Handle customer bookings, inquiries, and complaints promptly.
* Manage and motivate a team to increase sales with a creative, 'think outside the box' approach.
* Control stock, replenish inventory, and conduct monthly stock takes.
* Organize spa events and promotional activities.
* Implement changes to improve business revenue.
* Oversee pricing strategies and sales performance.
* Ensure rotas are completed on the Fourth People System, maintaining adequate staffing levels to meet business demands and uphold service standards in retail.
