We are looking to recruit a Painter and Decorator to join our team at Osprey House, Chingford where you will be covering the borough of Waltham Forest and parts of Essex, Epping, Billericay, Wickford.
About the Role
Working to deliver the best quality service, youll carrying out emergency, responsive and planned mould treatments as well as painting and decorating to both occupied and void properties, to include mould treatments, glossing, emulsion, and papering. Youll ensure effective preparation techniques, producing prefect finishes to all applications, whilst delivering exceptional customer services, ensuring our customers always come first. Youll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.
About You
Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, C&G Craft or Level 2 in relevant trade or equivalent or working towards, with excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in Social Housing, youll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
