£12.50 per hour + Overtime

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading local food manufacturer based in the Lisburn area to recruit a Machine Operative to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a hands-on, chilled production environment and are seeking long-term, stable employment.

Your new role
As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced food production line. Duties will include:
* Assisting with the preparation, production, and packaging of products
* Operating a range of food manufacturing equipment including mixers, fillers and packers
* Conducting product quality checks in line with company standards
* Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness are maintained across all work areas
* Following strict food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
What you need to succeed
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a chilled environment (PPE provided)
* Good attention to detail and reliability
* Previous food production experience is desirable, but not essential - full training provided
