You do not need automotive experience to be successfulin this role?-?we will train?that, but?some form of customer services experience would be beneficial.?
The Opportunity:
As a Service Advisor you will be the?first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicle in for a service.?
In this role you will?be:?
* Meeting and greeting customers;?
* Booking vehicles into the diary;?
* Ensuring the customer database is updated andaccurate;?
* Support the profitability of the service department by using trained and professional sales techniques;?
* Ensuring customers are familiar with the variety of workshop services;?
* Accurately recording vehicle faults;?
* Liaising with the service technicians to keep track of vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready for customer collection on time;?
* Obtaining authority and payments for repairs.
