Job Description
Overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance departmentDeveloping and implementing strategic financial plansCollaborating with other departments to ensure financial goals align with company objectivesEnsuring financial compliance and adherence to regulationsProviding financial reports and interpreting financial informationSupervising, coaching, and developing team membersUtilising CCH software for accounting and financial managementParticipating in critical business decisions as a member of the management teamOversee and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.Lead and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department to achieve business objectives.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards within the Professional Services industry.Prepare and review financial reports and statements for clients.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their main point of contact.Identify opportunities for business growth and provide strategic recommendations.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.Monitor and improve internal processes to enhance organisational efficiency.The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Manager should have:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fieldProfessional qualification ACA is essentialProficiency in CCH softwareExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsDeep understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patternsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong client management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.Excellent organisational and leadership abilities to manage a team effectively.Proven expertise in Accounting & Finance within the Professional Services industry.Proficiency in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.A proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on business opportunities.What's on Offer
