The Role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist/Administrator with excellent communication skills to be the first point of contact at our busy school. Responsibilities include producing letters and documents, reprographic duties, handling telephone and email inquiries, and providing a welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and students. The ideal candidate will have good literacy and numeracy skills, be self-motivated, and handle issues calmly and professionally.

Qualifications
* Maths and English GCSE (4-9 / C-A*) - Essential
* Word Processing, Typing or Business Administration qualification - Desirable
Skills and Experience
* At least 6 months’ administrative experience in a busy environment - Desirable
* Experience of face-to-face and telephone reception duties - Essential
* Knowledge of Data Protection and confidentiality - Essential
Personal Attributes and Other Requirements
* Ability to form appropriate relationships with children - Essential
* Commitment to safeguarding and suitability to work with young people - Essential
