Job Details
Salary range: Depending on skills and experience, either Level 2 (Skilled) - £27,000 - £32,000 or Level 3 (Expert) - £32,000 - £45,000.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
Holidays: 25 per year plus Bank Holidays (rising with length of service)

Role Overview
Our client seeks a confident and competent barristers’ clerk, ideally with experience in clerking Civil Law practices, to join their Liverpool-based team. You will serve as a go-to clerk for Civil practice barristers, managing a wide range of work and clients in Liverpool and surrounding areas. Collaboration with wider clerking teams across five sites will ensure a seamless service to practitioners and clients.
Candidates should possess sound knowledge in diary management and fee negotiation, with a preference for experience in civil law. The role offers development opportunities within a structured career path up to Senior Clerk, focusing on delivering excellent clerking services and involvement in practice and business development.
