Description
Our client is a fast-growing, global Investment Management firm that is recognized for their collaborative culture. They are now looking to add an enthusiastic and driven Institutional Relationship Manager to join their high-performing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis in London.
The Institutional Relationship Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:
* Leading the relationships with a large book of Institutional clients, serving as the key point of contact for any and all requirements.
* Providing comprehensive insights into fund performance and the firm’s wide array of investment strategies.
* Regularly meeting with clients, discussing financial market trends and identifying opportunities to cross-sell.
* Promptly resolving client queries and issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
* Updating CRM systems to reflect actions taken to promote relationships and progress.
The Institutional Relationship Manager will meet the following skillset:
* At least 5 years’ experience in a Relationship Management role within Investment Management.
* Demonstrated understanding of the complex relationship management requirements of institutional clients.
* Strong understanding of market trends across a diverse array of products – particularly fixed income and equities.
* Confidence to engage with a diverse range of departments and strategic partners.
* Outstanding communication skills, with an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional levels of client service.
