The PA to the Headteacher will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the Headteacher, the leadership team and the wider school community. Examples of specific activities undertaken as part of the role include but are not limited to: receiving emails on behalf of the school, undertake confidential administration including for staff recruitment, maintaining the Single Central Record, inputting and checking information on SIMs and MyView, and pupil admissions and appeals; dealing with complex visitor matters; maintaining data protection records. The ability to effectively provide support to a busy leadership team is an essential requirement of the role. You will be self-motivated, proactive and able to adapt to the unexpected. Reporting to the Headteacher, you will be required to work under your own initiative.
