This would be an amazing opportunity for a Chemistry graduate looking to utilise their degree outside the lab and pivot into a customer-facing, commercial role - with a defined pathway to progress to a Technical Sales Manager long-term. Role / Description Being the main point of contact for several identified customers Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in your assigned accounts Supporting with customer queries and complaints Providing technical support on products to customers Generating and sending COA/SDS/other technical documentation Managing customer orders through the whole order process Providing realistic delivery dates and shipping updates Supporting the commercial team with other duties as required. Requirements Recently graduated with a degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry or a closely related subject Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Full, clean UK driving licence A proactive approach and drive to deliver exceptional customer service Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
