If you are a Registered Nurse/Registered Nurse Children’s with experience leading education and training in Paediatrics and/or Neonates, and have expertise in leading a team to deliver strategic priorities supporting the NHS 10-year plan 'Fit for the Future', then we look forward to your application for this key post at the UHL Children's Hospital.
As an Education and Practice Development Lead, you will collaborate with the Deputy Chief Nurse within the UHL School of Nursing Practice and the Head of Nursing at the UHL Children's Hospital to develop and implement strategic priorities for education, training, and development within the Women's and Children's Clinical Management Group (CMG).
You will also partner with The University of Leicester and De Montfort University to ensure the delivery of high standards of pre- and post-registration education and training are embedded in curricula for our learners.
