Job Title: Project Implementation Coordinator
Location: South Coast (Kent, Sussex, or Hampshire) - 3 office/sites with remote work flexibility. Driving license essential.
Perm/FTC: Permanent
Hours: 37 hrs, Monday - Friday
Salary: Competitive, depending on skills and experience
We are seeking an experienced Project Implementation Coordinator (Implementation Analyst) to support Waste Water transformation projects. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will help manage projects aimed at improving operational performance and efficiencies.
You will initially support a Supplier transition for a c.£100m pa framework and later assist with various systems, process, and organizational change programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and manage project delivery plans, ensuring documentation accuracy
* Coordinate and deliver workstream, project, and programme activities
* Support training, processes, and communication materials
* Assist with change management actions, including stakeholder training
* Provide project reporting for stakeholder engagement
* Identify and manage project risks
* Engage with stakeholders and third parties to ensure quality and timely material production
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in project implementation and coordination, with strong report writing and process design skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required. The role offers a chance to be part of a critical transformation period as Southern Water moves towards AMP 8 investments. Your proactive attitude and resilience will be key to success.
