Our Immigration Department in Belfast, seeks a motivated and experienced Immigration Solicitor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and client-focused firm, providing high-quality legal advice across a broad range of immigration matters.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload and advise clients on a variety of immigration issues, including:
* Visa applications and extensions
* Family and private life applications
* Skilled Worker and sponsorship matters
* Settlement and citizenship applications
* Appeals and general immigration advice
* Judicial review litigation
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in immigration law
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Capability to manage a varied caseload independently
* Ability to work independently but also as part of a busy team
* A drive to build business connections and promote yourself and the firm
