Responsibilities
As a Service Tech Coordinator, you will:
1. Test, calibrate, validate, and repair electronic or analytical instruments, products, and modules
2. Maintain functionality and accuracy of equipment through preventative maintenance and refurbishment
3. Work on Keysight products as well as third-party instruments
4. Perform service primarily at a Keysight site, with occasional work at customer locations
5. Interpret customer requirements and identify potential needs to ensure satisfaction
6. Evaluate assignments and determine appropriate technical actions
7. Apply analytical thinking and develop customized approaches to complex tasks
8. Solve technical problems requiring broad and deep knowledge of repair, calibration, and maintenance techniques, equipment, and processes
Qualifications
9. Higher education degree or specialized training/certification in a relevant technical field
10. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
11. Typically a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
12. Extensive knowledge and skills in electronic repair, calibration, and maintenance
13. Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues
14. Strong communication and customer service skills
