Eligibility Criteria
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced and qualified Crew Managers and Watch Managers. Eligible applicants will need to meet the following criteria as a minimum:
* Be a competent, substantive Crew Manager and have been successful in the Watch Manager promotion board or be a substantive wholetime Watch Manager.
* Qualified L1 ICs
* Not subject to formal performance improvement actions, nor have any live disciplinary sanctions. Fire and Rescue Authority roles are listed in Schedule 1 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order and as such it is our policy to require all applicants to disclose any criminal convictions (both spent and unspent) including driving offences, cautions and/or reprimands.
