Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Secondary Cover Supervisors who demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills alongside a creative and compassionate approach. You will collaborate with a forward-thinking team to deliver an innovative curriculum, maintaining high expectations for all pupils and fostering a lifelong love of learning.
Key Requirements
Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential).
PGCE or PCET qualifications are also accepted.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Proactive and outgoing attitude.
Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and expectations.
Understanding of planning and assessment processes.
