Electrical Installer/Tester\n Location: London (E17)\n Salary: £42,500 – £47,500 per annum (depending on experience)\n Job Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\nA reputable electrical services provider is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Installer/Tester to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and motivated individual to work on a variety of domestic and social housing projects across London.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in both void and occupied properties\n\nComplete and document testing, inspections, and remedial works\n\nUndertake various installation tasks such as alarms, consumer units, emergency lighting, rewires, and wet rooms\n\nRespond to day-to-day reactive maintenance calls\n\nEnsure all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard\n\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors and clients\n\nUse good judgement and problem-solving skills in all aspects of electrical work\n\nManage your time effectively and meet deadlines\n\nRequirements:\n\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds)\n\nNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation\n\nInspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)\n\nStrong experience in fault finding, testing, and inspecting electrical work\n\nComfortable working with Microsoft Office and technology platforms\n\nPrevious experience with social housing contracts\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nOwn tools (vehicle, fuel card, and uniform provided)\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary based on experience\n\nAnnual and 3-month performance reviews\n\nCompany vehicle, fuel card, and uniform provided\n\n28 days paid holiday including bank holidays\n\nAdditional holiday day added after 1 year of service\n\nPension scheme\n\n£500 referral bonus for successful employee recommendations\n\nThis role offers the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, professional environment, with clear progression and reward for excellence.\n\nIf you would like to know more please get in touch with Harry Severn
