How You Will Impact Our Mission: As our Commercial Director, you will sit at the heart of our operations, balancing strategic growth with rigorous risk management. Your core pillars will include: Strategic Leadership: I am looking for you to develop and execute a commercial strategy that supports our ambitious growth targets. You will work closely with the rest of the senior leadership team and me to shape the future of the company. Risk & Compliance Management: You will ensure we operate in full compliance with international laws and industry standards. You will oversee our corporate governance and manage risk policies related to legal, contractual, and onboarding activities. Contract Negotiation: You will take the lead in drafting and executing all major commercial contracts. Whether it is a client agreement or a supplier partnership, you will ensure our terms are commercially advantageous and legally airtight. Operational Management: You will oversee the daily operations of three reporting business units. I will rely on you to streamline processes and implement best practices to ensure we remain efficient as we scale. What We Are Looking For: Proven Leadership: You have extensive experience in a senior commercial or legal leadership role (such as Commercial Director or General Counsel), specifically within the international recruitment sector.
