We are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant to work full-time in schools across East Grinstead. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants or individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience within education.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Support teachers with the delivery of classroom activities and lessons.
* Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
* Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised environment.
* Encourage positive behaviour and active participation in lessons.
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
* A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A reliable and proactive approach to supporting learning.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
