You will be working across key accounts with major retailers and supermarkets, playing a pivotal role in driving the development of soft wovens ranges. The ideal candidate will combine a strong eye for trend with a commercial mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
* Design and develop commercially viable womenswear soft wovens ranges tailored to a portfolio of key customers
* Translate buyer briefs into on-trend, forward-thinking designs that align with brand handwriting and customer needs
* Conduct ongoing trend research, including social media, influencers, and lifestyle movements, to inform product direction
* Collaborate closely with the fabric team to drive seasonal direction, innovation, and fabric development
* Work cross-functionally with sales, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth product development
* Build strong relationships with retail buyers and contribute to customer meetings and presentations
* Create professional design boards and CADs to effectively communicate concepts and xsngvjr ranges
Person Specification:
* Previous experience in womenswear soft wovens within a commercial supplier or high street environment
* Strong understanding of current high street trends, with the ability to anticipate future direction
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude
* Creative, innovative, and confident in contributing new ideas
