💬 What You’ll Be Doing
* Giving friendly, expert advice and guiding clients through the full mortgage process.
* Using our tech to simplify admin and give your clients a smoother, quicker experience.
* Using our AI-powered system, which will save you from having to know all of the lenders’ terms, and make finding the right product easy.
* Staying on top of compliance and regulatory requirements (we’ve got your back here too).
* Building long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and guidance.
* Contributing to team goals while smashing your own.
* Keeping your knowledge fresh and sharing what you learn with the team.
* Collaborating with a supportive, driven group of people who genuinely want to make finance better.
✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Has at least 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Adviser (broker, IFA or estate agency).
* Holds a CeMAP qualification and can advise across the whole of the market.
* Is comfortable with tech and excited to use tools that help you spend more time talking to customers and less time doing admin.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where you can take ownership and run with it.
* Loves helping people—especially when it comes to something as important as buying a home.
* Is curious, open to learning, always striving for improvement.
