About the Role As a Carer, you’ll enable residents to live well by showing loving care in all that you do. You will: Build genuine connections with residents, understanding their needs and preference Assist with personal and daily care, including showering, grooming, meals, and mobility Support residents in activities that bring joy and meaning to their day Encourage choice and independence, always respecting dignity Provide feedback to supervisors to ensure care plans reflect changing need This is a casual role, and we’re seeking carers who can commit to at least three shifts per week across AM, PM and night shifts.
