DNA Recruit are collaborating with a leading Experiential Marketing agency to appoint a Group Account Director for a 12-month FTC in London (Hybrid).
This is a unique opportunity to lead high-profile, immersive brand experiences and integrated activations for global clients. The agency is known for creating innovative, live, and digital experiences that connect brands with audiences in memorable ways.
The Role:
As Group Account Director, you will oversee multiple client accounts, leading a talented account team to deliver end-to-end experiential campaigns. You’ll act as a senior strategic partner, ensuring every campaign is on-brand, on-budget, and operationally seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor account teams, fostering high performance and collaborative working.
* Develop and maintain strong senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
* Oversee the delivery of large-scale experiential, live, and integrated activations.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and profitability across multiple accounts.
* Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver outstanding brand experiences.
* Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and support new business initiatives.
About You:
* Proven agency experience at Senior Account Director or Group Account Director level.
* Strong background in experiential marketing, live activations, or integrated brand experiences.
* Confident managing senior stakeholders and high-profile global brands.
* Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and creative sensibility.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Available immediately for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with flexibility to work hybrid (London-based).
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum
