The Role Working as part of a small, experienced estate team, you will carry out a broad range of agricultural and estate duties. Responsibilities include: * Rolling, cultivating, and power harrowing * Hedge cutting using rear flail-mounted hedge cutters * Woodchip handling and low-loader towing * Operating modern tractors and telehandlers * Fitting, removing, and changing attachments and implements as required What You’ll Need Essential: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar agricultural or estate role * Experience operating modern tractors * Experience with rear flail-mounted hedge cutters * Confident fitting and removing implements * Experience using a variety of attachments and trailers * Ability to reverse trailers into tight spaces * Confident changing PTO shafts (540 / 1000) * Telehandler ticket (LANTRA or NPORS) * Experience changing buckets, brushes, and tines * Good communication skills ...
