The Opportunity
Are you a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales Department in Tunbridge Wells.
In this role, you are the face of our service center, ensuring every driver receives a seamless, trusted experience from the moment they book to the moment they drive away.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Journey: Act as the primary point of contact for all maintenance and repair inquiries.
* Communication: Provide transparent, jargon-free updates to customers throughout the day.
* Workshop Flow: Efficiently manage workshop bookings and conduct pre-appointment calls.
* Consultative Advice: Identify and promote essential services or repairs based on technician findings.
* Precision: Maintain accurate customer records and navigate internal dealership management systems.
Who You Are
* Experience: Proven track record in high-quality customer service or target-driven sales.
* Pro-active: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to solve problems under pressure.
* Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming approach.
* Qualified: Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
