Job Description We are looking for a results-driven Growth Specialist with strong end-to-end sales experience and a proven track record in selling digital marketing services or HubSpot solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and building long-term client relationships. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Promote and sell digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, etc.) and/or HubSpot CRM solutions. Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads. Conduct needs analysis and tailor customized proposals and presentations. Manage pipeline using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
