Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Managing Consultant with hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in one or more of the following areas: customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics, and possess domain knowledge in marketing, customer, digital, and commercial sectors. Requires commercial experience including responding to RFP/RFIs, drafting SOWs, costing up engagements and client negotiation. Additionally, the candidate should have strong project management and people management skills.
Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on Managing Consultant leadership across analytics and AI/ML projects, guiding clients through data-driven decision making.
* Lead cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and create valuable products and/or solutions, such as insight solutions (including BI reporting suites), MarTech / data-driven CX solutions, or ML/AI/ML solutions (including predictive, forecasting, classification, and deep learning models).
* Manage analytics and AI/ML POCs, MVPs and production-grade solutions from planning to delivery.
* Support client engagements through RFP/RFI responses, SOW drafting, cost estimation, and commercial negotiations; build relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify and pursue opportunities.
* Demonstrate strong people management skills, mentoring and developing team members.
* Communicate clearly with senior client stakeholders, including data-driven storytelling and written communication.
Qualifications
* Skilled manager with experience in a consultancy or agency environment, guiding clients on how to address challenges using data, analytics and AI.
* CX Data Expertise – expertise in data-driven marketing, marketing/media measurement, customer/consumer research, digital journey optimization, personalization, MarTech, CRM/loyalty analytics, CDPs and AI applications within CX.
* Data Visualization - experience using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to present data insights.
* Delivery Leadership - experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver insights, CX solutions, and ML/AI projects.
* Project Management Excellence - proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver analytics and AI/ML POCs, MVPs and production-grade solutions.
* Commercial Acumen - experience responding to RFP/RFIs, drafting SOWs, costing engagements, and negotiating with clients; ability to build senior stakeholder relationships for sales opportunities.
* People Manager - mentoring, guiding, and developing team members.
* Excellent Communicator - strong written, presentation and data-driven storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
* Innovative Mind - interest and experience with the latest advancements in data, AI, machine learning, and data science.
