We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our care facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated individual with a background in assisted living for children.

Salary range of: £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience Competitive Bonus Package
Hours: Full time Monday-Friday 08_30-17:00

* Responsibilities***
* - Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents
* - Supervise and train staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable in medication administration and other necessary skills
* - Develop and implement care plans for residents, taking into consideration their individual needs and preferences
* - Monitor the overall well-being of residents, including their physical, emotional, and mental health
* - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care
* - Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
* - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within ofsted regulations
* Qualifications***
Essential Job Requirements
* Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
* Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people.
* A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
* 3 years' work experience working with Young People within a residential environment including 2 years at senior level.
* Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.
* Desirable Attributes***
* NVQ or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* Proven success of development of staff teams and individuals.
* Proven Ofsted inspection history.
