The Venue

Connexin Live is Hull’s biggest live entertainment space with a capacity of up to 3,500 people, allowing Hull to host large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade events, major concerts, standup comedy, family shows and sporting events.

The Role

Providing support within the Box Office department. You will be responsible for welcoming customers during events, helping them with purchasing and printing of tickets, and general customer service during show times. This role is on a casual basis and ideal for someone looking for flexibility!

Key Responsibilities

* To print and despatch tickets to ticket agents and customers
* To work event nights in the Box Office for ticket quires/sales and guestlist collections
* Help customers with the purchasing of tickets within the box office on the evening of shows
* Any other duties required by the Box Office Manager

We are looking for someone with:

* Excellent written, telephone and interpersonal skills
* Experience of providing excellent customer service
* Good administration skills
* Attention to detail
* Experience of building and sustaining good ork relationships within a team
* Flexibility within their schedule
* Self-motivation and able to work on their own initiative
