This role sits alongside a Senior EA and Chief of Staff, offering exceptional exposure to high-level leadership while remaining rooted in the smooth day-to-day running of the CEO’s office. The Role This is a classic, high-quality Executive Assistant position supporting the CEO’s office. You will be the first point of contact within a fast-moving, high-profile environment and play a key role in keeping the office running seamlessly. Duties will include • Screening and managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO and Chief of Staff • Providing exceptional administrative support dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information • Inbox and email management • Liaising closely with board support teams to coordinate key governance activity • Acting as an ambassador for the CEO’s office, greeting senior stakeholders and visitors • Managing complex international travel, itineraries, and visas • Overseeing busy and ever-changing diaries for the CEO and Chief of Staff • Leading and organising internal events and functions • Managing monthly expenses • Overseeing correspondence and filing systems • Managing and reconciling the CEO office budget The ideal candidate • Significant experience as an EA supporting C-suite, Chief of Staff, or senior leadership • Background in professional services, pensions, financial services, or legal beneficial • Exceptionally polished and professional—A1 calibre • Strong written communication skills • Level-headed, and able to manage pressure with ease • Highly organised with a naturally proactive approach Bain and Gray is an equal opportunities employer.
