Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and assistance to our customers. This hybrid role is based in Gloucester but offers flexibility for some remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions. You will serve as a key point of contact for addressing and enhancing customer experiences.

* Proficiency in Customer Service and providing Customer Support
* Commitment to delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction and positive Customer Experience
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
* Familiarity with telecommunications, internet services, or related fields is desirable
