Your role
Your leadership will ensure customers enjoy positive, memorable experiences every time they visit our site or interact with your sales team. You will report directly to the General Sales Manager and take an active role in all aspects of sales negotiations, including part-exchange valuations, special discounts, and discussions surrounding the full range of finance and insurance solutions. You will also coach and mentor the Sales Executives.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Oversee sales negotiations, valuations, discounts, and financial/insurance solutions.
* Coach, develop and mentor Sales Executives to achieve performance goals.
Your profile
* A highly effective motivator with proven leadership and performance management experience in the automotive industry.
* A track record of developing others.
* Strong customer focus with proven business acumen, problem-solving abilities and relationship-building skills.
