You’ve already demonstrated success managing comparable commercial and institutional projects, and you know what it takes to deliver exceptional results while fostering a collaborative, transparent, and solutions-oriented culture across all stakeholders - clients, consultants, trades, and internal teams alike.
About the Job
1. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a General Contractor
2. A track record of delivering $50M+ institutional and commercial construction projects
3. Confidence in driving project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
4. Passion for building relationships, leading teams, and getting results
5. Ability to navigate the complexities of large-scale builds with professionalism, urgency, and ownership
