Duties:
Provide high-quality care and support to children in the nursery setting
Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children’s learning and development
Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, nap times, and toileting
Collaborate with a team of nursery staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and activities
Foster positive relationships with children, their families, and colleagues
Requirements:
Early Years Level 3 or above qualification
Proven experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, demonstrating a deep understanding of childcare best practices
Excellent knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different nursery settings
Valid first aid certification (desirable)
