Your Role As a Car Sales Specialist, you’ll be front and centre in our modern showroom, supporting customers through the entire car-buying journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending the right vehicle and package Managing the full sales process — from first contact to final handover Promoting new and used vehicle stock, along with finance, insurance, and value-added products Delivering excellent service that builds trust and long-term relationships Working collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed sales targets Using our CRM and DMS systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and documentation (Pinnacle experience is a plus) ✅ What You Bring Experience in vehicle sales or a strong background in a customer-facing, target-driven role A history of hitting or exceeding KPIs and sales goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using digital tools and dealership systems A full UK Driving Licence (essential) What We Offer At John Banks Group, we believe in rewarding hard work and helping you grow your career.
