Rate - £250 - £300 a day INSIDE IR35 umbrella
About the Role
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering mechanical, electrical, and energy-related services across residential and non-residential buildings.
You'll be responsible for managing contractors, overseeing works on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to energy efficiency and carbon reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and supervise planned maintenance and responsive repairs, including:
* Electrical systems and testing
* Fire alarms and emergency lighting
* Lifts, door entry systems, and rewiring
* Mechanical plant and equipment
2. Manage contractors and consultants, ensuring works are delivered:
* Safely
* On time
* Within budget
* To high quality standards
3. Design, specify, and supervise M&E works in line with:
* Current legislation
* British Standards
* Industry best practice (e.g. CIBSE guidance)
4. Lead on energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, including:
