Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting full‑time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Hams Hall working on the Nestle Purina contract.
This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Saturday – Wednesday between the hours of 06:00‑14:00 and 14:00‑22:00.
Pay, benefits and more: We’re offering a salary of up to £27,364.48 (plus shift allowance depending on hours worked and 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays). What you will do on a typical day
* Responsible for the receipt of inbound loads
* Picking and packing orders
* Preparing loads for dispatch
* Loading vehicles using MHE
* Adhere to all GXO Health and Safety policies
What you need to succeed at GXO
* Experience of manual handling
* MHE licences are advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
* Ability to work well using your own initiative as well as within a team
* A safety‑focused, detail‑oriented and conscientious approach to your work
