Working at Belfast International Airport on a permanent Full Time basis, 36 hours per week
You will need to be fully flexible as the days will be rotating between Monday and Sunday, earliest start 5.00am latest finish 2.00am Shifts work on a 4 on and 4 off basis, there you need to be available every day as the shifts rotate. This position will not be suitable for someone with educational com mitments or other due to the rotating shifts and flexibility required.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the safe transfer of Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) through the airport terminal in a timely manner, providing mobility assistance and enabling passengers to enjoy all aspects of the airport experience.
We are looking for a customer focused and friendly individual to join our team of workers and help create a memorable experience for every visitor to the airport.
Main Duties:
1. Meet and greet arriving/departing/transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM)
2. Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff
3. Assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop off/pick up points, airline check-In, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft.
4. In a safely manner, assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment
5. Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
6. Use company equipment responsibly ensuring all equipment
To be successful in the role, you will need:

8. Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
