The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: Up to £32,000 basic + Monthly bonuses up to £400.
* Total Earnings: OTE £42,000 (Massive potential for 1–5 years' experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm (Zero weekends).

What You Will Be Doing
* Specialist Training: Learning the ropes of servicing and repairing commercial vehicles and vans.
* Diagnostics: Developing your fault-finding skills using advanced manufacturer equipment.
* Maintenance: Handling MOT preparation, safety inspections, and mechanical repairs.
* Career Building: Progressing from a Junior role into a Senior or Master Tech specialist.
Are You The One?
* You have 1 to 5 years of professional experience in a workshop.
* You are qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 (NVQ or equivalent).
* You want to move away from late shifts and Saturday rotas.
* You hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have a desire to learn LCV/Van systems.
