At our Kilkeel Facility, we manufacture aircraft interior seating for a number of worldwide customers. As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a number of Supply Chain Analyst positions in our Seating business located in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland.

What You Will Do:

1. Support daily supply chain operations to ensure materials are delivered on time.

2. Analyse data and reports to identify shortages, delays, and trends.

3. Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing, and internal teams to resolve supply issues.

4. Monitor inventory levels and support planning activities.

5. Help improve processes, reporting, and supply chain performance metrics.

6. Participate in continuous improvement projects within the supply chain team.

7. Use systems such as SAP and Excel to manage and track supply chain activities.

What You Will Learn:

8. How a global aerospace supply chain operates.

9. Experience working with SAP and supply chain management systems.

10. Skills in data analysis, reporting, and problem solving.

11. Understanding of inventory management, planning, and supplier management.

12. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

13. Opportunities to develop communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Essential Criteria:

14. Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a comparable role in Supply Chain, Material Management, Procurement or similar relevant discipline within a manufacturing or comparable environment.

15. Strong analytical, organisational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

16. Ability to work independently on multiple tasks with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.

Desirable Criteria:

17. Qualified or working towards CIPS / CPIM qualification.

18. Experience and working knowledge of ERP and MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) packages.
