Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager for a full‑time, on‑site role based in Hythe. The Deputy Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the delivery of high‑quality personalized care, support team members in their roles, and uphold compliance with regulatory standards.
