Responsibilities
- Manage and improve existing infrastructure.
- Build next generation of platform.
- Streamline and automate deployment processes.
- Work closely with Security team to keep on top of potential threats/patches.
- Provide tools and guidance to engineers and product teams to improve overall scalability, stability and reliability.
- Share knowledge and experience to help grow engineering team.
Qualifications
- DevOps experience.
- Production experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
- Good working knowledge of Terraform, Helm, Docker and Git.
- Familiar with supporting production applications in the cloud.
- Experienced in monitoring tools, frameworks and processes.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Programming experience (Python), good grasp of networking and security concepts/methodologies.
- Linux Systems Administration.
Nice to Have
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash)
- Working knowledge of GitLab CI, Ansible and Packer
- Splunk operational knowledge
- Strong interest or experience with containerization and automation
