Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Heywood. Our client is an established freight logistics and express courier service offering bespoke solutions spanning e-commerce delivery, freight and parcel on a global and domestic scale.
Working hours are Monday – Friday – 35 hours per week between 7am and 7pm

Responsibilities:
Working with a well-established freight logistics company- as Billing Administrator you will assist with numerous duties including helping with the onboarding of new customers, activation and billing. You will partake in regular online meetings with customers, troubleshoot and answer queries and process billing while undertaking any related tasks.
6. Process any manual billings for carrier accounts.
7. Process billing including invoices, inputting into system, reconciling etc.
8. Communicate daily with key departments.
9. Support and undertake tasks related to customer onboarding (account setup and activation, organizing meetings and hosting training calls, dealing with and resolving any queries).
10. Setting up new employees including desk, emails, phones etc.
11. Liaising with clients and customers on a wide range of issues.
