Purpose: To lead multichannel merchandise planning, manage inventory, and drive strategic initiatives to maximize sales and margin performance across core and outlet categories. Hybrid: 3 days in central London office / 2 days from home 9 month maternity cover - until Jan 2026 Accountabilities : Multichannel inventory planning and management. Full Ownership of Outlet category. Strategy, Forecast & Inventory. Lead Monday trade, presenting to key stakeholders. Maintain Trading Calendar & optimise key trading dates. Foster strong relationships with Key Stakeholders outside of the day-to-day team. Requirements: A Minimum of 5 years of merchandise experience – within Ecommerce Fashion / Clothing. Highly proficient in Excel, with experience in other Key Office programs. Highly attentive and has an eye for detail. Proactive as well as reactive.
