Reports to: Operations Scheduling Manager
Location: Leicester
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £23,000 per annum, increasing to £25,000 per annum upon completion of a successful probationary period.
We are looking for an Operations Support - Scheduler to drive sustainable and operational change to create breakthrough benefits. The role will involve you working closely with all departments in the business and having regular meetings with exposure to senior management.

What We Need from Yü
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
Responsible for all aspects of scheduling:
* Managing the field engineer rota.
* Creating and managing capacity.
* Ensuring jobs are scheduled correctly with the relevant processes being followed.
* Ensure engineers are 95% full on a daily basis with scheduled work
* Scheduling metering and debt work.
* You will monitor and amend schedules as required to ensure objectives are met.
* Acting from initiative but according to procedure, you will identify complex issues and escalate these as appropriate.
* To take responsibility for maintaining an appropriate level of knowledge and seeking assistance from your line manager and / or colleagues where required.
* Record and capture details that will feed into management reports.

Relevant Qualifications / Experience:
* Experience or the ability to understand complex schedules with a logical, methodical approach.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills particularly in time and diary management.
Desirable:
* Experience of the Utilities industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
* Geographical knowledge desirable.
