Legal Document Preparation
Review and update existing wills and legal documents
Manage asset collection, valuation, debt settlement, and distribution
Handle tax compliance (IHT, CGT, income tax)
Conduct client meetings and provide tailored estate planning advice
Advise on inheritance tax planning and deeds of variation
Compliance & Development
Follow SRA, Lexcel, CQS, and regulatory standards
Ensure confidentiality and use legal tech efficiently
Maintain CPD and stay current with legal updates
Support marketing, networking, and client development
Qualified Solicitor with experience in Wills and Probate 4 years PQE +
Willingness to travel between office locations and to client premises
